Scholar of the Day: members who win this awards are recognized on the NSCS website for a day for their involvement on campus and in the community. To apply, email someshwar@nscs.org with a short biography and picture.
Scholar of Promise: members who complete 50 or more hours of youth-oriented community service (such as Rice’s tutoring program at the Nehemiah Center) within a 12-month period are eligible for this award. Apply online at nscs.org.
President’s Volunteer Service Award: members who complete 100 or more hours of community service in a 12-month period are eligible for this award. Apply online at nscs.org.
